In module 4 the student will learn about key areas of knowledge for making the deal and exiting the liquidity events. The student will learn about key areas of legal regulation, how to make the deal, final terms and consideration and liquidity events.

The objective of this course is to capstone the students venture knowledge and skillset. In this module, the student will be introduced to key legal and regulatory issues, final terms and an overview of liquidity events. The course will conclude with an overview of current trends in early-stage investing.
