In module 2 the student is introduced to the core components of due diligence. The student will learn how to establish a deal sourcing strategy, a deal screening process, evaluate startup deal material and presentations and create your due diligence process.

The objective of this course is to teach the student how to source and vet deal flow for investment. In this module you will learn how to develop your deal flow strategy, screen investments, develop due diligence process and process investor communication.
